Dianna Ponting, S.F.C.A., P.P.C., M.P.A.C., SCA., P.S.A. Dianna is an extremely proficient pastel artist and a much sought after international instructor in the medium. Created via a variety of mediums, her fondness for our heritage is evident in much of her work. Dianna states that "In an image of a derelict automobile, children in a washtub or flowers in an antique vase one can sense her invitation to close our eyes, smile and remember when...." It was her love of Canadiana that resulted in an exciting invitation to display her works for the Queen and visiting heads of state during the 1987 Commonwealth Conference. Dianna was born, Diane Lloynd, sometime over 70 years ago in the small Alberta mining town of Coleman....

Don't remember this painting at all. I just love the rainbow colors in your glass. I love how the light does that on my mother's Carnival Glass. Beautiful roses and baby's breath. I am still in awe of your talent with pastels. Gorgeous.
